Cat or Dog Person? There's a card for everyone!

Another simple card layout idea that anyone can make.  I love how it showcases the animals from the Sweet Stockings Designer Series Paper.  Perfect Christmas cards for your animal lovers in your life!

Here is the card that I made and used as a jumping off point for the other cards.

I love how the patterned paper matches the little dog's sweater!  Stampin' Up! truly thinks of everything!

The Card Recipe!

Card Base - Pool Party Cardstock - 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 4 1/4 and 5 1/2 and if you choose to make the pop up version, score diagonally from the top right hand corner of the card to the bottom of the inner score line.

Layer 1 - Basic White Cardstock - 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 (or, if not using the pop up, 4 x 4)

Side Strip on Front - 1 x 4

Card Insert - Basic White Cardstock - 4 x 4

Here are the products that I used on the cards

Paper Snips

I had created a "dog" card the first time and decided we needed to also make a cute "cat" card.

Once again, I love how Stampin' Up! thought of matching the wrapping paper to the pattern on the paper!  So smart!

Which card was your favourite?

There are so many fun possibilities using this fun "Sweet Stockings" Designer Series Paper and the "Christmas to Remember" stamp set.

I love thow these sentiments lend themselves to go on the front of the card or on the card insert.  The font is larger and the writing mixed with the printing, makes this a great Christmas word set!
