Continuing on this week, we are creating the cards from the great You Are Amazing Project Kit!
The kit we are going to work with is the You're Amazing Project Kit #155370 and coordinating You're Amazing Stamp Set #154534.

Finally, here are the cards that were made all from the same project pieces!
This was the original card, done as the instructions showed.
Why not rotate the card and make it portrait? I also used Flirty Famingo ink.
For this card, I trimmed the gold foil and made two smaller ribbons. Using the Stamparatus, I masked off different parts of the stamp with sticky notes to allow for multiple ink colours to be used on the sentiment.
This time, I cut down the card base to make a layer and focused on the "back of the card" colour. In the background, I stamped the sentiment layer in Granny Apple Green ink. For the main sentiment, I stamped the star stamp in the background, and stamped the sentiment over top.

I like project kits for many reasons. They make it easy to create when you find it hard to think of ideas. They are a great item to have if you when you want to make a bunch of cards quickly. Kits are super to take with you on vacation or to use as a fun family activity...kids birthday party??
