We did a Mental Health check in today.  How are you making out?

According to the Mental Health American website, "Creative expression and overall well being are linked."  One of the ways you can boost your mood is by experimenting!  Why not try a new recipe?  Write a poem?  Take a different route to the grocery store or on your walk?  OR, how about trying a new FUN FOLD?

Who in your life needs a little surprise or a paper hug in the mail?

Technique...

The Cards...

The basic measurements for all the following cards are:
Card Base:
Piece 1 - 8 1/2 x 5 3/8 (scored at 2 1/8, flip and score again at 2 1/8)
Piece 2 - 4 1/4 x 11 (scored at 2 3/4, flip and score again at 2 3/4)
Front Layers:
- 4 pieces measuring 2 1/2 x 1 7/8
Card Insert:
 - 4 x 5 1/4

Card 1 and 2:

I used the same supplies for both cards, however, reversed the front layer colours.  On the first card I used Linen Thread behind the strawberries and on the second card, I used the Braided Burlap Trim.
