The Feature of the Week:

#154107 Birds & Branches Bundle

Today's Cards:

Card 1:

Stamp the nest in Crumb Cake, bird in Misty Moonlight and eggs in Smoky Slate, onto the light wood grain paper from In Good Taste.  Cut them out with their coordinating dies.

Stamp the flowers, using Bumblebee ink, onto Whisper White Cardstock.  Cut out using their coordinating dies.  Add centers to the flowers from the In Color 2020-2022 dots.

Die cut the branches from Mossy Meadow cardstock.

Glue all together, adding embellishments to add some bling.

Measurements:

Card Base - Night of Navy Cardstock - 3, 4 x 4 pieces, scored on the diagonal.

Mats - Misty Moonlight Cardstock - 2 pieces cut at 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 and one cut at 1 1/2 x 1 1/2, all cut on the diagonal

Top Layers - In Good Taste DSP - 2 pieces cut at 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 and one cut at 1 1/4 x 1 1/4, all cut on the diagonal

Card Insert - Whisper White Cardstock - 3 1/2 x 3 1/2, cut on the diagonal

Branch - Mossy Meadow Cardstock - 2 pieces cut at 3 3/4 x 2

Nest, Eggs and Bird - In Good Taste DSP (light wood grain) - 3 x 3

Flowers and Sentiment - Whisper White Cardstock - 2 x 1 3/4

Card 2:

Stamp the bird in Cherry Cobbler Ink, onto Whisper White cardstock.  Cut it out with their coordinating dies.  For its eye, colour a pearl using the Dark Basic Black Stampin' Blend Marker.

Stamp the flowers, one using Basic Gray and the other with Versamark ink (emboss with silver), onto Whisper White Cardstock.  Cut out using their coordinating die.  Add centers to the flowers by colouring pearls with the Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blend Marker.

Die cut the branches from Silver Foil and Whisper White cardstock.

Stamp the sentiment using Cherry Cobbler Ink and cut it out.

Glue all together, adding embellishments to add some bling.

Card Base - Gray Granite Cardstock - 3, 4 x 4 pieces, scored on the diagonal.

Mats - Misty Moonlight Basic Gray Cardstock - 2 pieces cut at 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 and one cut at 1 1/2 x 1 1/2, all cut on the diagonal

Top Layers - In Good Taste DSP - 2 pieces cut at 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 and one cut at 1 1/4 x 1 1/4, all cut on the diagonal

Card Insert - Whisper White Cardstock - 3 1/2 x 3 1/2, cut on the diagonal

Card 3:

Stamp the bird and sentiment in Cherry Cobbler Ink, onto Whisper White cardstock.  Cut the bird out with the coordinating die.  Cut out the sentiment with scissors.  For its eye, colour a pearl using the Dark Basic Black Stampin' Blend Marker.

Stamp the nest in Smoky Slate onto Whisper White Cardstock.  Cut out using its coordinating die.  

Stamp the flower using Versamark, onto Whisper White Cardstock.  Emboss with Silver Embossing Powder.  Cut it out with the coordinating die.

Die cut the branch from Silver Foil cardstock.

Tie a knot into 4 strips of ribbon.

Colour 3 of the pearls using the Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blend Marker.  Colour one for the eye, with Dark Basic Black.

For the background, I embossed with the Woodland Embossing Folder.  I swiped the White Craft Ink across the Basic Gray raised portions and added the "snow" stamp all over the Basic Gray portions.

Glue all together, adding embellishments to add some bling.
