This week only, until Sunday, May 17, purchase the Outdoor Barbecue Stamp Set (#151553) or place a $30+ with me, and
I will send you some Silver Foil Paper!

Today’s purpose for making cards...
I'm going to make my Father's Day cards today!

Technique...
I saw this fun fold idea from Connie Stewart.  I thought it was a perfect idea to use with the Outdoor Barbecue stamp set!

Today's Video...

Measurements:
Card Base - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, folded in half
  • Cut out a shape from the "front" portion of the card.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die (4 x 3 5/8)

Card Insert - 8  x 5 1/4, scored at 4 and 2
  • Brick Insert - 5 1/8 x 1 7/8
  • Whisper White Insert for food stamps - 5 1/8 x 1 7/8
  • Whisper White Insert for writing on - 3 5/8 x 5 1/8

Front Barbeque Layer
  • Whisper White - I used the Stitched Rectangle Die (2 1/4 x 3 5/8)

The Cards...

Card 1
For this card, I outlined the barbeque and the food items with the light Balmy Blue Stampin' Blend marker.  I also sponged on some Balmy Blue ink on the front portion, with a dauber.
