Card Recipes

Basic Measurements:
Card Base - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, folded in half
Layer 1 - 4 x 5 1/4
DSP Layer - 3 x 4
Stitched So Sweetly Rectangle - 4 x 3
Stitched So Sweetly Label - 2 x 1 1/2
Stitched Circle Die - 1 7/8
Card Insert - 4 x 5 1/4

Putting my own spin on a card layout that Sue Mohr used, I created a bunch of coloured berries using one colour of ink, by stamping repeatedly without reinking!  I think that's a great way to get the most out of your ink pads.

For these berries, I added some dimension, but stamping the berry outline stamp in blackberry bliss and the berry insert in Rococo Rose.  I then added some shading with the Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends.  Also, on the leaves, I added in some shading with the Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends.  I like the effect!
